The role of assistant manager has now evolved from a back office activity to a key position in organizational processes. The management assistant is a managerial figure involved in decision-making and communication choices of strategic importance for the success of company activities and projects; the soft skills needed to hold this complex position have become multiple and transversal.
The training course aims to guide participants toward awareness of their responsibilities, increasing their theoretical/practical knowledge with a focus on internal/external customer management, relational effectiveness and time management.
Methodology
The course will be delivered in an interactive mode and will alternate between sharing and lecture practice moments aimed at acquiring applicable tools.
