Artificial Intelligence is the theme that inspired the 2023 edition of Torino Digital Days, 6 days of workshops, talks, performances and events to reflect on the growth horizons they offer and their sustainability.
PRAXI participated in the program with a workshop to actively experience the power of gamification in training two skills: the ability to “learn to learn” and to be at one’s best in the digital world.
The Turin Digital Days were an opportunity to reflect on the digital transformation that organizations are experiencing. The phygital dimension, which combines the physical and virtual components of work, poses a new challenge, to which we at PRAXI decided to respond with the “Learning CITY.”
“Learning CITY – Journey to the Center of Learning” is a board game we developed to work on learning agility, the key competence of this digital transformation. Today, in fact, “learning agility” is required, that is, a mindset that can reconcile three key aspects of learning:
- Cognitive agility, to push us to learn from every experience
- behavioral agility, to use technology tools and data as an integral part of our activities
- social agility, to foster collaborative learning and create a climate of sharing and mutual support.
Torino Digital Days participants were the first to experience Learning CITY and test their skills in problem solving, learning to learn (and unlearn), and information management… But learning is a continuous journey!
