The concreteness of Inclusion is narrated by PUNCH Torino, part of the PUNCH Group, a Belgian multinational leader in the development, integration and production of innovative transmission and propulsion systems, through its own real-life case in which the change management project, to transition from an in-house reality of General Motors to a market player, was entirely designed and managed according to Inclusion principles.
PUNCH Turin also recounts Diversity Management actions that emerged spontaneously from groups of people and ended up involving the entire company.
The webinar concludes with the sharing of an organizational model, where the promotion of an inclusive culture proves successful in improving individual well-being, innovativeness and all-around performance.
