The results of the Digital Transformation Survey
The results clearly confirm that something has changed in the past 3 years and new needs have emerged within companies, both in terms of soft skills and hard skills. In general, there is a need for reskilling/upskilling and a change of perspective.
In addition to the more cognitive and organizational ones, the importance attached to heart skills, such as listening skills, ethics and a sense of responsibility, is growing. In addition, there is a clear need for the inclusion of transversal figures, capable of dialogue with the business, and able to improve and innovate business processes.
