Why is it so important to talk about sustainability today? What role do organizations play with respect to ESG issues?
ESG issues are increasingly at the center of organizational strategies and are pressing the accelerator on challenges that have become more of a priority than in the past, because on the ability to address across the board all aspects of environmental, social and good governance-capability closely related to a company’s ability to respond to disruptive events-the long-term survival of companies is at stake.
What is the expected contribution of companies with respect to these issues? And organizations, what benefits can they gain from becoming sustainable?
We tried to answer these questions in 6 meetings, each devoted to a specific aspect, all linked by a thread about the opportunities that the historical moment offers and why it is important to seize them.
Being a sustainable company involves making sustainable choices in the various areas in which it can and should have an impact, whether these be environmental, social or governance.
One of the most relevant elements relates to how the company organizes itself and its resources, what form, structure, and operating model it defines for itself, and how it involves its people in the implementation of its project.
With Laura Martinelli, Partner and Head of Training and Development PRAXI Bologna, and Andrea Del Monte, Senior Partner and CIO PRAXI, we went over the main aspects that characterize sustainable organizational models , reflecting on the benefits they can bring.

ESG MISSION – 4th MEETING: Implementing a culture of sustainability in the organization.
Incorporating an ESG strategy is a process that pervades every aspect of the organization, but the first step is to raise awareness and give all stakeholders, especially internal ones, skills and tools to be able to act sustainability into their daily approach to work, processes and resources. What is needed first is a roadmap.

ESG MISSION – 5th MEETING: What do ESG managers do in the company? Interview with ESG Manager

Our PRAXI Human Resources consultants Silvia Basso and Melania De Gennaro interviewed Davide Montanari, Sustainability & CSR Project Manager at Intercos.
