Training is now required to be more effective in developing the human capital present in the company: organizations demand short-term learning outcomes, measurable returns on training investments and effective contributions to the solution of management problems.
This implies the need to rethink and innovate the types, pathways and methodologies by which people learn and also a reflection on the ways in which the different actors are involved in the main stages of training.
Through theoretical insights and experiential stimuli, the course proposes to compare the different methodological options available in the training market today.
Methodology
The course is characterized by its highly practical and experiential approach. Different training methods will be analyzed from a theoretical and practical point of view, contextualizing their use in relation to the objectives, content, target audience and cultural variables of the company in which the training intervention is implemented. The choice of training methods to be actively experimented with over the two days will be made together with the participants in light of their specific learning consolidation needs.
