Empathy and False Myths, Empathy and Tools, Empathy and Practical Uses-all these elements will be explored within the training workshop that aims to build effective relationships with bosses, co-workers, customers and suppliers, based on trust, understanding and prevention of possible conflicts.
The course includes a pre-work and in-depth readings to begin to familiarize yourself independently with the theoretical aspects, delves into the principles of emotional intelligence and includes the definition of an Action Plan to put into practice what you experience during the workshop.
Methodology
Workshop with neuroscientific approach. The training intervention will be delivered in the form of a laboratory, with a preference for interaction, discussion, putting content into practice and exercises, to experiment in close-to-real situations with the aim of encouraging reflection and facilitating learning and understanding of the construct.
