The verification of the results of the training activity is among the various phases of the training process the one most capable of ensuring consistency between strategic objectives and training plans, between growth needs and job performance.
The course aims to transmit methodologies and tools for detecting and monitoring the outcomes of training within one’s own organizational reality, with a view to improving the effectiveness, efficiency and profitability of training activities, facilitating improvements in human resource performance and the transfer of skills on the job, to the benefit of the entire organization.
Methodology
Adopting a pragmatic and experiential approach, the course will enable participants to experience the development of an evaluation system for a real training intervention. To this end, learners will be asked to bring classroom materials or other useful documentation to learn about the training intervention for the purpose of its evaluation on each level: enjoyment, learning, transfer and organizational impact.

- Create a matching table between objectives and output profiles
