In increasingly hybrid work settings, where work and labor relations occur both in the presence and at a distance, managers must deal with the process of evaluating the performance of their employees who work remotely.
The course focuses on the characteristics of work done remotely, goal setting, and performance tracking by focusing on all the elements necessary to observe and evaluate work performed, and properly manage all stages of the remote evaluation process.
Methodology
The course will be delivered in an interactive mode and will alternate between practice, sharing and lecture moments aimed at acquiring applicable tools. Pre-work and creation of an action plan are provided.

- Continuous monitoring tools: the diary, the dashboard
