This period will be remembered as the era of Artificial Intelligence. Its success, however, will depend solely on Human Intelligence and our ability to harness this technology to improve our daily activities. The workshop is designed to provide an understanding of how generative AI technology works and to explore best practices for applying it effectively in various work settings. Through a series of exercises and case histories, we aim to train participants with the skills needed to integrate generative AI into strategies and processes (change management), thereby maximizing the potential of this revolutionary technology.
Methodology
The online course will be delivered in an interactive and practical mode, with practice moments aimed at acquiring applicable tools. The lecturer will provide case studies, tools, reflections and opportunities for discussion on how to consciously approach the use of artificial intelligence. At the end of the course, customized follow-ups can be defined by industry and business functions for specific implementations.

– How to activate and configure a ChatGPT access.
How to use
– What is Prompt Engineering
– Basic principles of writing a Prompt
– Hands-on lab: creating specific prompts (HR, AFC, SC, IT, …)
– Capabilities and limitations of ChatGPT: tips for using it to best effect and avoiding mistakes.
How it can change the way we work
– How ChatGPT can be used to improve certain areas of business: presentation of concrete examples
– How to measure the effectiveness of using ChatGPT
– Exercise: developing a ChatGPT implementation project for a specific business case (prepared in prework), use of DT.
