One of the most important steps for a company that is geared to improve its performance is to invest in people: in this sense arises the choice to promote training in Lean Six Sigma, which is a universally recognized methodology used to improve processes and the quality of outputs of products or services provided and consequently reduce costs.
PRAXI-which has long had a specific business division dedicated to Lean Six Sigma-proposes the figure of the Yellow Belts: the training day aims to provide an introductory overview of the theoretical principles and the best-known tools of this methodology, emphasizing its significant impact on company profitability.
Participants will learn the milestones of Lean Six Sigma and the steps of the DMAIC Cycle by dealing with process definition, mapping, measurement and data analysis to achieve business performance improvement.

Methodology

Teaching approach focused on the most important principles and tools provided by the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Lecturers will offer short practical exercises and case histories to consolidate learning.
