Leaders and managers are increasingly responsible for defining, deciding and implementing innovative initiatives and projects and for the evolution of organizational culture toward new ways of working in uncertain contexts.
The training course provides tools, reflections and opportunities for discussion for those who wish to deal consciously and proactively with current situations of transformation, training the ability to lead changes toward new perspectives and new ways of working.
The course begins with a pre-work consisting of filling out a questionnaire on Emotional Intelligence and one on one’s approach to change (SEI test).
Methodology
The course includes e-learning moments, videos and preparatory readings to acquire basic skills. The classroom will be delivered in an interactive mode and will alternate between practice, sharing and project work moments aimed at acquiring applicable tools. For those who wish, online coaching is provided to support the implementation of the individual improvement plan.
