This course illustrates the principles of Lean with a special focus on the first and most important: Value Stream Mapping. Value Stream Mapping is a discovery process, to be done with a Cross-Functional Team, and is the ideal starting point for the effective use of the other Lean tools presented. It is a complex mapping methodology that tracks value and manages to simultaneously represent process data, timeline and waste.
The course is part of a range of “lean” training offerings, one-day “tasters” to focus on a specific aspect/tool of the LEAN methodology.
