Every manager, of both a physical and virtual team, is responsible for managing a new form of team in which to maintain productivity, engagement, people motivation, and a sense of belonging to their organization.
The training provides concrete and applicable tools to best manage these new forms of hybrid teams.

Methodology
The course is conducted in an interactive mode and alternates between practice, sharing and lecture moments aimed at acquiring applicable tools. A self-assessment test of one’s ability to work in a remote team is planned, and video stimuli and reflective readings will be provided.
