Every manager, of both a physical and virtual team, is responsible for managing a new form of team in which to maintain productivity, engagement, people motivation, and a sense of belonging to their organization.
The training provides concrete and applicable tools to best manage these new forms of hybrid teams.

Target audience

Managers managing hybrid teams.

Methodology

The course is conducted in an interactive mode and alternates between practice, sharing and lecture moments aimed at acquiring applicable tools. A self-assessment test of one’s ability to work in a remote team is planned, and video stimuli and reflective readings will be provided.

Duration

In-person 1-day course or webinar mode.

Goals

– Acquire a method of organization Identify the differences between working in presence and working within hybrid teams
– Develop the skills needed to work in phygital teams, in which team players live the team’s story remotely
– Strengthen skills in defining, developing and implementing work objectives in hybrid teams
– Train to delegate and monitor results within hybrid teams
– Recognize the value of trust and community to generate value in phygital contexts
– Learn about key tools work remotely, communicate and collaborate at
distance.
