The role of the “boss” in production is highly strategic because it expresses the corporate image, values and goals of the organization. This is why it is important to develop his way of communicating to teams, his leadership in the key of authority, as well as his ability to manage and grow employees.
The course offers a training methodology that ensures the direct and immediate application of what is learned in the classroom to pursue efficiency standards typical of a production process.
Methodology
Analysis of participants’ direct experience, followed by rationalization of content in groups, with short theoretical lectures. Operational and experiential classroom management.
Goals
– Provide the tools to develop employees’ responsibility and autonomy, so that they feel a sense of belonging to the company by enacting collaborative behaviors and safeguarding production, even when the department head is not present.
