Tools to broaden one’s perspectives
- Finding solutions with problem solving
- Problem awareness: the identification and understanding of the problem situation from the six-step problem solving model
- Focusing established mental scripts to explore new ones
- Reflect on physiological defenses to change and how to re framing a situation so as not to fall victim to one’s own patterns and prejudices
