You either train or you stop. The World Economic Forum lists among the 15 most important Strategic Skills such skills as problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, coordination with others, emotional intelligence, and decision making that will be crucial in the challenges of the future.
LAB Training offers a privileged place to get involved through an “empowerment oriented” training gymnasium to “learn how to learn” and analyze one’s strategic skills. Through “concrete cases” you will observe coping (reality coping) strategies applied or applicable, functional or dysfunctional, useful for your own professional improvement and to become “catalysts of meaningful change” for your own reality.

Methodology

Active, engaging, challenging and participatory teaching to revitalize and optimize roles and processes through a true “transformative gymnasium.”

Goals

– Expand, increase, consolidate “strategic skills”
– Facilitate and/ speed up change where needed: observe what is already working and what needs to be improved
– Experience an experiential pathway – Lab Training – to successfully meet challenges
– Support participants in individual development: knowing, knowing how to do, knowing how to be and knowing how to transform in line with global trends
– Strengthen individual self-efficacy and relational influence skills
– Empowerment “Change Strategies”: train with supervised and structured group work.

– Monitoring effective and ineffective “coping strategies”
– From Di-stress to Workengagement: secrets to working in excellence
– Tools for Excellence: principles and operational tools of “advanced generative communication”
– Complexity management: thinking and acting in interdependence
– Coping with problem situations: proactivity, complex problem solving and “negative capability”
– Strategic Leadership: secrets of Performance (valuing talents, eliminating interference)
– Response-Ability: ability to respond in one’s role from a systemic, win-win perspective
– Developing self-efficacy and emotional intelligence
– Performance: the value of preparation
– Co-constructing “changes” for the desired future: applicability in one’s own contexts.
