Every manager, of a physical and virtual team in Smart Working, now has the responsibility of managing a new form of “hybrid” team in which to maintain productivity, engagement, people motivation, and a sense of belonging to their company.
The course provides concrete and applicable tools to best manage these new forms of phygital teams.

Methodology

The course will be delivered in an interactive mode and will alternate between practice, sharing and lecture moments aimed at acquiring applicable tools. At a preliminary stage, questionnaires will be administered to understand current virtual team management, engagement, and remote delegation.

– Recognize and understand the specifics of the team by developing a self-diagnosis of the team’s health status
– Implement empowerment action on the strengths of the phygital team
