The effectiveness and quality of corporate training is played on several factors of different nature: managerial, relational, methodological. Without forgetting and indeed enhancing the importance of the relational component, this course focuses attention on the importance of proper management of the training process and on the good use of the methodologies and tools specific to the different stages of the process.
The course is aimed at anyone within their company who needs to acquire specific skills in training management.
Methodology
Over the course of the two days, participants will have the opportunity to go through, through a series of role-plays and practical exercises, which will follow moments of interactive lecture and plenary discussion, the various stages of the life cycle of a training intervention. Ample space will be given to the analysis of the training systems of the participating organizations in an effort to identify room for improvement in the management process, methodologies and tools used in the company.

- The 3 main stages of the training process: analyze needs and plan, design and deliver, evaluate and monitor results
- How to identify training needs and plan training: sources of information on internal demand, methodologies to support analysis, techniques for constructing a training plan
- How to design training: from macro level design to micro instructional design
- The oversight of organizational aspects and support to the teacher in the delivery phase
- How to manage training evaluation: purposes (satisfaction, learning, job transfer, organizational change), tools and methodologies, use of data for management purposes
- Monitoring the training system: setting goals, identifying service indicators.
