A large part of the value of training lies in the ability of the training system to support the strategies of the organization, understand the evolution of the skills required of employees, enhance the needs of customers and users, and respond to the expectations of employees.
The proposed training course is intended to provide participants with an opportunity for managerial and methodological discussion with the facilitating teacher and other participants, with the aim of achieving a structured needs analysis process consistent with their organization.
