In Italy, numbers and percentages speak for themselves: the Gender Gap to be bridged is evident and there is still a long way to go.
To give a boost to Gender Balance, a number of Guidelines have been defined – contained in UNI/PdR 125:2022 – which provide for the adoption of specific KPIs aimed at encouraging equal opportunity policies. Italian companies that know how to spread and support the values of inclusion, equity, equality and diversity will be able to obtain the Gender Equality Certification and benefit from numerous advantages.
PRAXI Academy proposes an orientation training for the Gender Equality Certification, providing all the experience gained on DE&I projects to accompany companies in this cultural change.

Methodology

The course is constructed as a hands-on workshop that starts with sharing case histories and allows you to set up a development plan suitable for your own reality. A pre-work survey is planned to assess the perception and level in terms of equality in the company.

Goals

  • Reflections on the pre-regulatory scenario: the importance of the Gender Equality Plan and inclusive communication
  • Understanding the scenario and opportunities from Gender Equality Certification
  • Learn about the stages of acquiring certification and explore ways, approaches, and tools for obtaining it
  • Use the certification process as a stimulus to reflect and raise awareness of DE&I issues in the organization.

  • Diversity equity and inclusion: the scenario for change
  • The principles of ISO PdR 125:2022.
  • The Certification of Gender Equality: opportunities, rules and procedures
  • Steps to achieve Gender Equality certification: managing the pre-audit phase and gap analysis, identifying the strategy and defining the work plan, implementing useful actions, preparing documentation, conducting internal audit, and steps for Certification
  • Define KPIs to measure the appropriateness and improvement of actions taken or to be taken
  • Building a management system: case studies and sharing of experiences by the lecturer and participants to reflect set up a development plan within their own organization.
